Legal Award Application

P.A.L.S. (Prisoner Advocacy Literary Services) is proud to offer quarterly financial awards to incarcerated individuals to assist with legal expenses such as attorney fees, appeal filings, or transcript requests. Please complete ALL sections of this application in full. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

The award granted will be sent directly to a legitimate representative. Provide ALL required information as indicated below.

NOTE: Providing false information will automatically DISQUALIFY you from receiving an award now and in the future.

DEADLINES: Applications must be received by the last day of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31). Award decisions will be made within 30 days of each deadline.
